Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced an expanded menu of food products that can now be ordered directly when purchasing tickets for flagship trains. Passengers have the opportunity to select the necessary products in advance and receive them in their compartment during the journey.

This new approach significantly saves time and enhances travel comfort, as there is no longer a need to search for stores before departure. Ukrzaliznytsia aims to align its service standards with European ones, gradually improving the service for its customers.
The updated product list includes both light snacks and full meals. Passengers can order signature drips individually or in gift sets. Healthy sweets—train-themed bars—are also available in sets to accompany the coffee. For a hearty meal on the go, hot dishes such as parmesan porridge, chicken and vegetable noodles, soups, or granola are provided. Each passenger can choose a menu according to their tastes and preferences.
Children’s Options and Future Updates
Ukrzaliznytsia has also taken care of the youngest travelers—smoothies, natural pastilles, and healthy snacks are available for children, ensuring a comfortable journey for the whole family.
In the near future, the company plans to further expand the selection. In particular, treats for pets will be introduced on trains to make traveling with animals more comfortable. A new service is also planned: passengers will soon be able to order books along with tea or other beverages, which will be delivered directly to their compartment, making the trip even cozier and more enriching.
