As of February 28, 2025, Ukraine’s state and state-guaranteed debt reached 7.019 trillion UAH, equivalent to $169.09 billion. During February, the total debt amount in UAH decreased by 48.48 billion UAH, while in dollars it increased by $90 million, reports the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

Of this amount, the external debt constitutes 5.1 trillion UAH, which is 72.75% of the total debt, or $123.01 billion. The internal debt, in turn, amounts to 1.91 trillion UAH, which equals 27.25% of the total, or $46.08 billion.
