The State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold an auction for the privatization of the state enterprise

“Zhytomyr Liquor and Vodka Plant”
on April 11. The starting price for the asset will be over ₴101 million. It is important to note that the enterprise is operational and has all the necessary licenses. From 2022 to 2024, its products were sold for a total of ₴347.124 million, of which ₴523 thousand were exported abroad.
The object includes various buildings and structures, technical equipment, as well as engineering networks. In addition, 13 plots of land totaling 17.93 hectares and 47 units of vehicles and special equipment are being offered.
It is worth mentioning that last week, privatization auctions brought the state ₴22.5 million. This week, 25 auctions are scheduled to take place.
In Transcarpathia, in the city of Berehove, a ready-made business — a modern production of natural cold-pressed juices — is being sold for $6.5 million. The enterprise is equipped with the latest SIG Combibloc technologies. In 2022, it suspended its main activities, but now it fulfills small individual orders. Given the flexibility and versatility of the equipment, the production can quickly adapt to the manufacture of other types of beverages, such as dairy products, yogurts, creams, sauces, as well as plant-based alternatives.
