New Rules for Product Origin
The signed Protocol updates the mechanisms for determining the origin of goods, taking into account the provisions of the revised Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin. The implementation of these changes will simplify procedures for international trade and reduce administrative pressure on businesses.
Opportunities for Ukrainian Exporters
It is expected that the implementation of this agreement will open additional opportunities for increasing the export of Ukrainian goods to Montenegro, as well as facilitate the integration of Ukrainian producers into international value chains. The simplification of trade procedures will allow Ukrainian businesses to more effectively enter the Montenegrin market and create favorable conditions for expanding economic cooperation between the countries.
