In Ukraine, the sale of two modern plants under the FP-Klinker brand has been announced. These plants specialize in the production of clinker and facing bricks, as well as ceramic blocks 2 NF. The total value of the properties is $16 million, and the combined production capacity of the enterprises reaches 55 million standard bricks per year.

Characteristics of the Plants in Zhytomyr and Chernihiv Regions
The first plant is located in the Zhytomyr region. Its production capacity is 32 million bricks annually. The enterprise occupies an area of 13.6 hectares and has special permits for the extraction of plastic clays and loams, ensuring stable access to raw materials. The workforce consists of 146 employees. If necessary, the plant can expand its production, opening additional prospects for investors.
The second plant is located in the Chernihiv region. Until February 2025, it produced 23 million bricks annually. The enterprise is situated on a land plot of nearly 50 hectares. The plant is equipped with all necessary infrastructure and can quickly resume production activities. There are 112 employees working at the enterprise.
