TON Strategy Company, which recently completed its rebranding from Verb Technology Company Inc., has announced the launch of a large-scale share buyback program of up to $250 million. The decision was unanimously approved by the company’s board of directors.

The new program includes the repurchase of shares on the open market or through other legally permitted means. The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance shareholder value and increase net asset value per share (NAV/share), especially during periods of market volatility.
“We adhere to a disciplined capital allocation strategy and aim to utilize the company’s balance sheet to enhance shareholder value by increasing NAV per share. If shares trade at a premium to NAV, the company may consider issuing new shares to purchase TON coins. Conversely, if the shares trade at a discount, the company may buy back its own shares. The buyback program provides us with a tool for this.”
As of September 2, 2025, the company officially changed its name and ticker on the Nasdaq exchange to TONX, marking an important milestone in the execution of its strategy focused on the Toncoin (TON) ecosystem.

TON Strategy Company has already invested $713 million in Toncoin and plans to control over 5% of the supply of this cryptocurrency, positioning itself as a public treasury fund for TON.
