The company America First Refining will open a modern oil refinery at the Port of Brownsville, Texas. According to the president, this project will be the first of its kind in the U.S. in the last 50 years, with an estimated cost of $300 billion. American and Indian partners are involved in the project, including India’s largest private energy company, Reliance.
