The Exchange Rate of the Dollar and Euro in Ukrainian Banks and Exchange Offices Decreased in November 2025

In Ukraine, there is a decrease in the exchange rates of major currencies in banks and exchange offices. As of today, the average selling rate of the US dollar in banks is 41.83 hryvnias, while the euro is 48.50 hryvnias.

Changes in Bank Rates

As of Thursday, November 20, the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia in banks has decreased by 1 kopeck, setting at 42.29 hryvnias per dollar. Meanwhile, the average rate at which banks buy dollars from the public is 41.83 hryvnias per dollar.

The average euro to hryvnia exchange rate also shows a decline: over the course of a day, the European currency has decreased by 15 kopecks. Currently, the euro rate is set at 49.15 hryvnias per euro, while the purchase rate for euros in banks is 48.50 hryvnias.

Currency Rates in Exchange Offices

In Ukraine’s currency exchange offices, the average cost of the dollar in the morning is 42.20 hryvnias per dollar, while the selling rate is 42.12 hryvnias. As for the euro, its average rate is 49.01 hryvnias per euro, with sales conducted at a rate of 48.77 hryvnias per euro.

These trends indicate a gradual depreciation of foreign currencies in the currency market of Ukraine in November 2025.
