In many major cities of Ukraine, owners of one-bedroom apartments have raised housing prices, and this upward trend is observed in most regions. The most notable increase was recorded in Uzhhorod, where over the past six months, the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment has risen by 19% to reach $64,100.

Which Cities Led the Price Growth Ranking
Significant price increases also occurred in Sumy — by 15%. In Dnipro and Odesa, prices grew by 13%. The following cities follow:
- Chernivtsi — +12%
- Rivne — +11%
- Kharkiv — +10%
- Zhytomyr — +9%
- Kyiv and Chernihiv — +8% each
At the same time, a decrease in prices was noted in only one city — Mykolaiv, where the average cost of one-bedroom apartments decreased by 5%.
Average Prices for One-Bedroom Housing
In the secondary market, the cost of one-bedroom apartments in Ukraine ranges from $17,000 to $65,000. The most affordable housing is offered in Zaporizhzhia, where the average price is $17,000. Cities with relatively low prices also include:
- Mykolaiv — $20,000
- Kharkiv — $22,000
- Sumy — $23,000
The highest average price for a one-bedroom apartment is traditionally recorded in Kyiv — $65,000. High prices are also set in:
- Lviv — $64,900
- Uzhhorod — $61,000
- Chernivtsi — $52,900
- Rivne — $50,000
