The changes primarily affected currency sales: the average rate was 41.5 UAH per dollar for purchases and 42.04 UAH for sales. This means that the selling price of the dollar has risen by 4 kopecks compared to the previous day.

The selling price of currency in large banks ranges from 41.94 to 42.2 UAH per dollar. Specifically, the current rates are as follows:

The Situation in the Currency Market and Exchange Offices
Changes in the dollar’s value have also occurred at exchange offices. The average cash dollar rate at exchange offices was 41.16 UAH for purchases and 41.81 UAH for sales. Compared to the previous day, this is 10 kopecks lower for purchases and 1 kopeck higher for sales.
“The cash dollar has become more expensive in Ukrainian banks – but only in sales. At noon on July 10, they set its rate at an average of 41.5/42.04 UAH (purchase/sale), which is 4 kopecks higher in sales than the day before.”
