The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has registered six new industrial parks, covering a total area of 140 hectares. These parks are expected to create around 5,100 jobs, which will provide an additional boost to the development of industry and local economies.

Location and Features of the New Industrial Parks
The new industrial parks are located in Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Ternopil, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions. The following facilities have been added to the register: “Zboriv,” “Biosens,” “Odesa Nova Park,” “Lyublinets,” “Stan-Invest,” and “Integral.” All of them will be entitled to state benefits, including co-financing of infrastructure projects. Last year, 15 industrial parks received ₴1.2 billion in state support.
Investments and Job Creation
The industrial park “Lyublinets” in the Volyn region will become one of the largest, covering an area of 49.7 hectares. It will host food industry enterprises, including fruit and vegetable processing, oil production, bakery products, and other goods. The concept anticipates attracting over ₴653 million in investments and creating up to 2,500 jobs, significantly strengthening the processing sector in the region.
The industrial park “Zboriv” in the Ternopil region has become the fifth similar facility in the area. On an area of 15.5 hectares, approximately 250 new jobs are planned to be created with an investment of ₴232 million. The main activities of the park will include beverage production, food products, agricultural processing, and logistics.
