Development Plans and Vision for the Prediction Market

The startup team believes that to effectively scale the prediction market, it is essential to make such platforms attractive for creating new markets, provide a clear and user-friendly trading interface, and implement new mechanisms that will enhance liquidity.

“The next era of prediction markets will be defined by the collective creativity of the internet. Their strength comes not from complex financial mechanics or cumbersome interfaces, but from simplicity and imagination,” the statement reads.

Founders of the Startup and Industry Context

The startup The Clearing Company was founded by former employees of well-known platforms Polymarket and Kalshi, who have already established themselves in the field of prediction markets. The company’s CEO is Tony Jemayel, a specialist who previously led the growth of both projects.

In August 2025, Polymarket announced the addition of Donald Trump Jr. to its advisory board, as well as securing strategic investments from 1789 Capital. Details of this deal are currently not disclosed.
