Features of the Seeker Smartphone

The Seeker smartphone boasts a number of unique features, including:

  • built-in crypto wallet Seed Vault;
  • dApps Store application marketplace;
  • service for creating AI agents.

The company also announced the possibility of pre-ordering the Seeker at a price of $500, opening new opportunities for users.

New TEEPIN Ecosystem and SKR Token

In addition to the smartphone, Solana Mobile introduced two key elements of its mobile ecosystem: the TEEPIN framework and the SKR token. TEEPIN provides a secure environment for developers and users, including three main components:

  • Hardware Layer: ensures cryptographic verification of software and hardware;
  • Middleware Layer: simplifies interaction between users and applications, eliminating intermediaries;
  • Network Layer: a decentralized network that provides proof of state and is governed by the Guardian Network, consisting of organizations and thought leaders in the community.

The SKR token will serve as the foundation of this ecosystem’s economy, and Solana Mobile CEO Emmett Hollier emphasized:

“Aligning incentives is crucial for building a truly decentralized and self-sustaining mobile ecosystem. It transforms the traditional mobile business model by giving stakeholders actual ownership of the platform. Instead of being passive consumers in someone else’s walled garden, users, developers, and hardware manufacturers become active stewards of a digital infrastructure owned by the community.”
