Since the beginning of 2025, 4,113 companies have joined the list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax obligations, while 3,228 enterprises have been removed from the list. Currently, there are 8,882 companies in the ‘white business club’, which is 885 more than at the beginning of the year.

Composition of Participants and Dynamics of the Club
Among the club members, six companies are in the process of liquidation, one is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, and another has an open tax case due to debt. Additionally, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, 37 companies on the list had Russian owners.
Sectoral and Regional Distribution
It is noted that 22% of the club participants operate in wholesale or retail trade or are engaged in vehicle repair. The manufacturing industry accounts for 16%, agriculture, forestry, and fishing for 14%, the real estate sector for 8%, and administrative services for 7%. The largest number of companies on the list are located in Kyiv — 25% of the total.
Among other leaders in terms of the number of participants are Dnipropetrovsk region (9%), Kyiv and Lviv regions (7% each), and Kharkiv region (5%).
“The highest revenues for 2024 among the club companies were demonstrated by ‘Ukrhydroenergo’ — ₴54.2 billion, Petrol Partner (WOG gas station network) — ₴49.1 billion, and ‘Roshen’ — ₴37.4 billion.”
