Massive Attacks on Odesa’s Energy Facilities

According to the Ministry of Energy, on the night of November 4, Russian troops carried out a massive strike on energy and port facilities in the Izmail district. Despite the effective work of air defense forces, which destroyed most of the enemy targets, some missiles hit infrastructure facilities.

“Emergency recovery operations are ongoing at the damaged energy infrastructure facilities”

The Izmail District State Administration reported that due to the shelling, a fire occurred, and residents in part of the district were left without electricity.

Power Supply Restrictions and Recovery Operations

The Ministry of Energy reminded that to stabilize the energy system, schedules for power supply restrictions will be implemented in various regions of Ukraine. From 08:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00, rolling blackouts may occur for the population. Industrial enterprises during these periods must reduce electricity consumption to specified limits.

Emergency recovery operations are ongoing at the damaged energy infrastructure facilities. Specialists are working to restore electricity supply to consumers as quickly as possible and minimize the consequences of enemy attacks.
