As a result of yet another missile attack by the Russian Federation on Kyiv, the warehouse and office of one of the largest Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies, ‘Optima-Pharm’, were completely destroyed. The damage from the strike, which occurred on October 25, is estimated at $100 million. Repeated attacks on pharmaceutical infrastructure
This is not the first instance of targeted destruction of ‘Optima-Pharm’ infrastructure — in late August, Russian forces also attacked the company’s storage facilities. ‘Optima-Pharm’ ranks second among pharmaceutical distributors in Ukraine after ‘BaDM’ and has been operating in the market for over three decades.
Shelling of industrial and energy facilities
During the nighttime shelling on Saturday, the Russians also attacked the production facilities of a leading coffee producer in filter bags — Idealist Coffee. According to the company, the industrial infrastructure sustained significant damage.
In addition, in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, Russian forces struck again at a wind turbine that had previously been targeted — a similar attack occurred on the evening of October 22.
