Russia attacked critical infrastructure in Kirovohrad region: changes in train schedules

Last night, the Russian Federation launched a missile strike on critical infrastructure facilities in the territories of Dolynska and Novoprazhka communities in the Kirovohrad region. As a result of the attack, damage to buildings was recorded, and five settlements were left without electricity. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties among the population, and the fires that broke out as a result of the shelling have been promptly extinguished.

“The enemy continues to destroy critical infrastructure facilities in the region. This time in the territories of Dolynska and Novoprazhka communities. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties. There is damage to buildings. Five settlements are without electricity. Fires at the facilities have been extinguished,” said the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andriy Raikovych.

Changes in suburban train schedules due to shelling

Due to the Russian attacks and damage to infrastructure, “Ukrzaliznytsia” has announced temporary changes in the movement of suburban trains, which will no longer stop at the Tymkove station. Passengers should take into account the updated schedule:

  • №6035/6036 Pomichna – Dolynska (instead of Pomichna – Znamianka);
  • №6041 Dolynska – Pomichna;
  • №6466/6455 Vysun – Piatykhatky (instead of Tymkove – Piatykhatky);
  • №6487 Kryvyi Rih – Vysun (instead of Kryvyi Rih – Tymkove);
  • №6488 Vysun – Kryvyi Rih (instead of Tymkove – Kryvyi Rih).

Temporary cancellation of services

In addition to changes in routes, the following suburban trains in Kirovohrad region will not operate today:

  • №6039 Dolynska – Tymkove;
  • №6040 Tymkove – Dolynska.

Passengers are advised to closely monitor updates from the railway services and plan their journeys considering the changes in the schedule.
