Last week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully conducted 12 privatization auctions, which allowed for the attraction of 120.49 million hryvnias to the state budget. A significant portion of these funds came from the sale of three important assets in the southern regions of the country.

Key Transactions in Southern Regions
In Odesa, the Children’s Health Center “Young Ship Repairman” was sold for 70 million hryvnias, along with the “Odesa State Design Bureau of Film Equipment,” which brought in 33.5 million hryvnias. An additional 8 million hryvnias were added to the budget from the sale of the “Southern Research and Design Institute for the Development of the Fishing Fleet” in Mykolaiv.
New Auctions and Sale of the Rivne Radio Plant
This week, the SPFU plans to organize another 20 auctions, including the assets of “Naftokhimik Prykarpattia” and the “Slavuty Kombinat ‘Budfarfor'”.
Particular attention was drawn to the auction for the sale of the “Rivne Radio Technical Plant,” which took place on Tuesday. The winner was the company “UT Evolution,” which offered over 30.99 million hryvnias. This company specializes in the production of aircraft and spacecraft, related equipment, electronic components, and computer and peripheral technology.
“Rivne Radio Plant” was built between 1982 and 1986, manufacturing special-purpose equipment for the defense industry of the USSR. In 1989, it began producing radio equipment, and after Ukraine gained independence, it shifted to the production of household goods. The plant has been inactive since 2013.
