In Ukraine, there has been an increase in the cost of one-bedroom apartments in many major cities. The most significant rise occurred in Uzhhorod, where prices increased by 16% and reached an average of 64 thousand dollars.

Price Increases by City
According to data from a major real estate portal, over the past six months, the price of one-bedroom apartments in the secondary market of Ukraine has risen by 3-16%. The smallest changes were noted in the following cities:
- Ivano-Frankivsk – +3%
- Khmelnytskyi – +4%
- Dnipro, Chernihiv – +6%
- Kyiv – +7%
- Odesa, Cherkasy – +8%
- Rivne – +9%
Alongside the increase in Uzhhorod, the largest price increase was recorded in Zhytomyr – at 13%. Other cities where prices also rose include:
- Sumy – +12%
- Chernivtsi – +11%
- Kharkiv – +10%
At the same time, two cities recorded a decrease in prices for one-bedroom apartments. According to analysts, these are Mykolaiv, where prices fell by 5%, and Vinnytsia with a decrease of 2%.
Average Prices for One-Bedroom Apartments in Ukraine
In the secondary market, one-bedroom apartments in Ukraine are currently sold at average prices ranging from 15,000 to 64,800 dollars. The highest offers are recorded in Lviv, where the average cost is 64,800 dollars. Other cities with high prices include:
- Kyiv, Uzhhorod – 64,000 dollars
- Chernivtsi – 52,000 dollars
- Lutsk – 48,500 dollars
- Rivne – 48,300 dollars
The lowest prices are recorded in Kherson, where the average cost is 15,000 dollars. Among other cities leading in low prices:
- Zaporizhzhia – 17,000 dollars
- Mykolaiv – 20,000 dollars
- Kharkiv – 22,000 dollars
- Sumy – 23,000 dollars
