The main goal of the project is to introduce a new format of shopping centers and attract well-known brands to small towns and district centers. At the same time, analysts from UTG, which is developing the project concept, noted that the opening of the “Zhito” shopping center is part of a strategy to develop small shopping centers in Ukrainian regions.

Experts point to an existing need for small shopping centers in cities with populations of 10,000 or more, especially in the central and western regions of Ukraine. The new shopping center has a total area of 4,144 square meters, includes a basement and first floors, and is equipped with parking for over 150 cars.

Among the main tenants that have already opened their stores are brands such as Sinsay, Andi, “Avrora Maxi”, and ATB. It is noteworthy that the occupancy of the shopping center is 96%.
