The state bank “Oschadbank” has announced the implementation of updated tariffs and service rules for its clients, which will take effect on January 1, 2026. The changes will affect not only the cost of servicing but also some payment cards that will be canceled if not replaced by the end of the current year.

New Tariffs for Popular Card Products
Starting in 2026, the cost of notifications for the bank’s three main tariff packages: “My Card,” “MORE,” and “Children’s Card” will increase. Specifically, the fee for SMS notifications will rise from 25 UAH to 40 UAH per month, and for notifications via Viber – from 15 UAH to 25 UAH per month. At the same time, clients will still be able to receive push notifications for free in the Oschadbank mobile application.
The cost of obtaining a statement of account transactions at bank branches will also increase – from 100 to 150 UAH. For inquiries about account balances through cashiers, terminals, and ATMs, clients will now have to pay 5 UAH per request instead of 3 UAH. However, the first request per day will remain free of charge.
“The fee for attempts to make payments exceeding the available balance on the card will be 0 UAH.”
Cancellation of Old Cards and Replacement Procedure
Oschadbank has announced changes to the service rules for certain payment cards. Starting January 1, 2026, cards that expired between February 2022 and October 2025 will be canceled if their owners do not replace them by the end of the current year. This applies to two categories:
- Cards that were used at least once in September-October of this year for transactions at cashiers, ATMs, or terminals of any Ukrainian financial institution, provided that their validity period expired during the specified period.
- Cards whose validity expired in the same period but have no funds in the account and have not had any financial transactions in the last six months.
To avoid cancellation, clients can reissue their card at any convenient Oschadbank branch.
