The National Bank of Ukraine has published the official exchange rates for Tuesday, October 28. According to the regulator’s data, the hryvnia continues to show a tendency to weaken against major world currencies.

Hryvnia Exchange Rate Dynamics Against Dollar and Euro
The official exchange rate of the US dollar is set at 42.07 hryvnias per dollar. Compared to the previous banking day, the national currency has lost 7 kopecks.
The hryvnia has also weakened against the euro. As of October 28, the exchange rate of the European currency is recorded at 48.97 hryvnias per euro, which indicates a decrease in the hryvnia exchange rate by 20 kopecks.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro is set at 48.97 UAH/EUR.
Situation on the Interbank Currency Market
As of 16:00, the interbank currency market of Ukraine has determined the hryvnia exchange rate against the dollar at 42.09/42.11 hryvnias per dollar, and against the euro at 48.98/48.99 hryvnias per euro. These figures indicate slight fluctuations in exchange rates amid the overall trend of the hryvnia’s weakening.
