Regarding the European currency, the hryvnia shows strengthening. The official exchange rate of the euro for this day is 48.52 hryvnias, which is 22 kopecks lower than before. This indicates an improvement in the national currency’s position against the euro.

Current Quotes on the Interbank Market
As of 16:00 on the interbank currency market in Ukraine, the quotes for the hryvnia against the dollar were recorded within the range of 42.16–42.19 hryvnias per dollar. For the euro, the quotes were in the range of 48.54–49.56 hryvnias per euro.
Thus, the dollar shows a slight increase, while the euro demonstrates a moderate decrease, which affects the trends in Ukraine’s currency market at the end of November 2025.
