An alcoholic beverage plant in Lviv, which began operations in 1931, is up for sale. This enterprise is known for producing strong alcoholic drinks, including vodka, liqueurs, tinctures, and vinegar. The plant employs 138 workers. The area of the real estate assets exceeds 20,000 square meters. The complex includes production workshops, warehouses, a distillery, and other infrastructure facilities. The starting price for the plant is set at 164.194 million hryvnias. Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until November 30.

Sale of the State Share Package of the Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction on November 20 for the sale of a state share package of over 97.5% of the authorized capital of the “Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Production Plant” (ZAlK). The starting price for the share package is 75.93 million hryvnias (excluding VAT). Among the advantages of the facility are the significant area of buildings and land plots, which may be attractive to potential investors or entrepreneurs planning to relocate their business.
Potential for Development and Investment
ZAlK has 1,497 units of real estate and infrastructure facilities with a total area of over 370,929 square meters. The assets also include 25 registered land plots with a total area of over 216 hectares. The new owner will be able to use these resources for both production development and possible repurposing of the enterprise.
