The National Bank of Ukraine has published the updated official exchange rates for Friday, July 4. According to the regulator, the hryvnia has shown strengthening against the US dollar, while its position against the European currency has slightly weakened.

Dollar and Euro: Changes in the Currency Market

The official exchange rate of the US dollar on July 4 is set at 41.72 UAH/USD, indicating a strengthening of the hryvnia by 9 kopecks compared to the previous day. Meanwhile, the exchange rate of the euro has risen to 49.18 UAH/euro, meaning the hryvnia has lost 5 kopecks against the euro.

The exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro is set at 49.18 UAH/euro.

Interbank Market Data

As of 16:00, the quotations of the hryvnia against the dollar on the interbank currency market of Ukraine fluctuated between 41.71 and 41.74 UAH/USD. At the same time, the quotations for the euro were 49.17–49.19 UAH/euro. These figures indicate relative stability of the national currency in the interbank market and slight fluctuations amid the overall dynamics of the currency market.
