New Opportunities for ‘Reserve+’ Users

As part of the testing of the updated version of the app, users who have received notifications about violations in the ‘Online Fines’ section will be the first to take advantage of the updated features. Among the new capabilities are: uploading applications and rulings, receiving rulings via email, viewing information regarding the transfer of cases to the Enforcement Service, and familiarizing oneself with the details of ruling cancellations.

“Join the testing if you have a notification about a violation in ‘Online Fines.’ You will be among the first to try the new features, conveniently address fine-related issues, and help improve the service for users,” the message states.

To participate in the testing, it is necessary to fill out a special form via the link provided within the app.

Procedure for Paying Fines and Automating Processes

The ‘Reserve+’ app already offers the option to pay fines for the untimely update of personal data. However, after making the payment, citizens must update their information in the system.

The step-by-step instructions for paying the fine for failing to appear for a summons are as follows:

  • Download the ‘Reserve+’ app;
  • In the ‘Online Fines’ section, submit an application for recognition of the violation;
  • Within three days, the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) sends the ruling;
  • Pay 8,500 UAH (50% of the fine amount) within 20 days;

If payment is not made within the specified period, the full amount of 17,000 UAH must be paid. If payment is not made within the next 20 days, the fine amount doubles to 34,000 UAH. After paying the fine, the red ribbon in the app disappears. The entire process usually takes up to four days. To check the current status, it is necessary to update the military document in ‘Reserve+’.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense is working on launching a feature for automatic renewal of deferrals in the app. As noted by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitization, Oksana Ferchuk, all deferrals issued electronically through ‘Reserve+’ will subsequently be able to be renewed automatically, without the need to visit the TCRSS or stand in queues.
