Production of Sandwich Panels in Lviv: Completion of Construction and Launch of the Factory

The company USP Panels plans to start operating a factory for the production of sandwich panels within the “Formation.Lviv” industrial park in August. Currently, this park is in the final stage of constructing the internal site networks of the first phase: 85% of the work has already been completed, and all construction and landscaping activities are expected to be finished by the end of August 2025. The delivery and installation of production equipment is already underway on the park’s territory.

In addition, preparations are being made for the start of production at enterprises specializing in the manufacture of plastic bottle caps for water, as well as a new metalworking factory. At the same time, the foundation is being laid for the future production site of the special equipment company “Pojmashina.”

Expansion of Industrial Parks and Attraction of New Participants

The company USP Panels, which has been producing sandwich panels in Ternopil since 2006, has a production capacity of up to 200,000 square meters per month.

Another important step was the joining of the company “Bio Thermo Pack,” which specializes in the production of paper and cardboard, to the “Teofopil Eco Park” industrial park in the Khmelnytskyi region. This park was officially registered in December 2024. The total investment in the construction of facilities on its territory is estimated at approximately 2.43 billion hryvnias.

The park’s concept also includes the production of biogas, bioethanol, bioplastics, food products, and alternative energy.

The development of industrial parks in Ukraine creates new jobs, promotes investment attraction, and strengthens the national economy.
