National Bank Raises Official Exchange Rate of Dollar and Euro to Hryvnia

The National Bank of Ukraine has established new official exchange rates, increasing the value of the dollar and euro against the hryvnia. The changes took effect on June 30.

Official Exchange Rates of Dollar, Euro, and Zloty

According to information on the NBU website, the official exchange rate of the dollar has risen by 6 kopecks and now stands at 41.64 UAH per dollar. The euro exchange rate has also been updated and is set at 48.78 UAH per euro.

The Polish zloty has also appreciated — its rate increased by 5 kopecks, reaching 11.5 UAH per unit of currency.

Cash Market Situation

In exchange offices, the dollar is bought at an average of 41.8 UAH, while it is sold at 41.45 UAH. As for the euro, purchases in exchange offices are made at 48.25 UAH, while sales are at 49.05 UAH.

The official rate as of June 30 is set at 41.64 UAH per 1 dollar, according to data on the NBU website.
