MPs Who Received ‘Zelensky’s Thousand’: Complete List

In Ukraine last year, some members of parliament took advantage of the state support programs “Winter eSupport” and “National Cashback”. According to the public organization “Chesno”, it turned out that some MPs received these payments, and in some cases, their relatives received the money.

An analysis of the income declarations submitted by MPs for 2024 showed that nine members of parliament reported receiving funds under these programs. Among them:

  • Nataliya Pipa (“Voice”)
  • Oleksandr Korniienko (“Servant of the People”)
  • Roman Kaptiolov (“Servant of the People”)
  • Yelyzaveta Yasko (“Servant of the People”)
  • Marina Bardina (“Servant of the People”)
  • Oleksandr Sanchenco (“Servant of the People”)
  • <li/Mykola Stefanchuk ("Servant of the People")

  • Volodymyr Vatras (“Servant of the People”)
  • Oleksandr Litvinov (“Servant of the People”)

According to the data, Oleksandr Korniienko received 4000 UAH under the “Winter eSupport” program, indicating payments for children, as 1000 UAH was allocated for each participant. Additionally, five MPs noted that the program also affected their relatives.

Payments to Relatives of MPs

In particular, Nataliya Pipa’s husband received 3000 UAH, likely for children, and Halyna Vasylchenco’s (“Voice”) husband received 2000 UAH. Several MPs’ wives, including Andrii Boblyakh and Maksym Dirdin, also received 3000 UAH each.

National Cashback

Regarding the “National Cashback” program, 16 MPs and their relatives benefited from it, with a total payout of 7605 UAH. Among those who received money were again:

  • Yelyzaveta Yasko
  • Marina Bardina
  • Oleksandr Sanchenco
  • Mykola Stefanchuk
  • Volodymyr Vatras

Relatives of Oleksandr Zavitnevych, Andrii Boblyakh, Maksym Dirdin, Dmytro Nalyotov, Oleksii Ustenko (all from “Servant of the People”), Halyna Vasylchenco, and independent Oksana Savchuk were also included in the list.
