The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the introduction of a new feature in the ‘Reserve+’ app, which will allow for instant confirmation from the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK). As a result, the waiting time will be reduced from several hours to just a few seconds.

This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Kateryna Chernohrenko, during a telethon broadcast. She noted that recently the Ministry of Defense also added the ability to issue electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission (VLC) in the app.
Improving Functionality for Citizens’ Convenience
Chernohrenko emphasized that the Ministry of Defense team is actively working on enhancing this functionality. “There will be no need to even wait for it (the referral — Ed.) for several hours. It can be done immediately, essentially generating it without waiting for confirmation from TCK,” she stated.
This initiative aims to further simplify the interaction between citizens and the VLC, making the process more convenient and efficient.
One Year Since the Launch of ‘Reserve+’
It is worth noting that it has already been a year since the launch of the ‘Reserve+’ app. During this time, it has become a digital bridge between military conscripts and the state, simplifying not only the process of obtaining deferments but also providing new opportunities for military conscripts.
