Mercedes-Benz has expanded its lineup of electric vehicles by introducing the new family electric SUV GLC L with three rows of seats. The model debuted at the Beijing auto show and will soon be available for sale. The electric SUV can cover up to 700 km without recharging, making it one of the leaders in its class in terms of range.

Dimensions and design of the new GLC L
The GLC L is almost indistinguishable from the standard model, but it has increased dimensions: the length of the vehicle has grown by 104 mm and now measures 4933 mm, the width is 1902 mm, the height is 1710 mm, and the wheelbase is 3027 mm (55 mm longer). Thanks to this, engineers added a third row of seats, and the electric SUV is available in a six-seat configuration.
The exterior of the car retains the traditional elegance of Mercedes-Benz: a streamlined body, a wide chrome grille, and signature lighting with brand logos. Inside, a large display spans the entire width of the dashboard, emphasizing the modernity and technological sophistication of the interior.

The interior of the Mercedes-Benz GLC L features a premium configuration: leather upholstery, a panoramic roof with variable tinting, a Burmester audio system, dual-zone climate control, power adjustments for seats and the trunk door, as well as heating, ventilation, and massage functions for the seats. The model is designed for comfort for the whole family.
The GLC L is equipped with an all-wheel-drive electric powertrain with an output of 421 hp and a torque of 800 Nm. The 89 kWh battery provides a range of up to 700 km. Fast charging allows for adding 260 km in just 10 minutes when connected to the appropriate station.
It is worth noting that the company recently also presented the electric Mercedes C-Class with a range of up to 800 km. Additionally, a powerful 1400-hp Zeekr SUV was showcased at the Beijing auto show, indicating the active development of the electric vehicle segment.
