In April 2025, Ukraine’s vehicle fleet was replenished with over 20.7 thousand used passenger cars imported from abroad. Gasoline cars gained the most popularity in this segment, accounting for 46% of all sales. This data is provided by the specialized portal UkrAvtoprom.

Demand for Used Cars is Growing
Compared to the same period last year, the demand for used cars has increased by 5%. Alongside gasoline vehicles, electric cars hold a significant share — 23% of sales, while diesel cars make up 22% of the total number of cars sold. Hybrid vehicles and models with gas cylinder equipment account for 5% and 4% respectively.
Among used cars, the most sought-after model has been the Volkswagen Golf, which traditionally ranks as one of the most popular in the Ukrainian market. The Renault Mégane comes in second place.
