A new train service is starting between Kyiv and Truskavets, creating additional opportunities for vacationers. According to representatives of Ukrzaliznytsia, this initiative aims to facilitate access to the popular resort by offering tickets to as many interested travelers as possible.

It is worth noting that the new train will operate on a temporary basis, with services scheduled for May 9 and 11. Tickets are already available for purchase. For example, the price of a ticket for the May 9 service from Kyiv to first-class carriage is 835.85 UAH.
“The train has been assigned the number 159/160. It will consist of compartment-type passenger cars, but with seating arrangements. Odd-numbered seats will be by the window, while even-numbered seats will be by the aisle,” said Ukrzaliznytsia.
To ensure a comfortable journey for passengers, Ukrzaliznytsia has announced an additional express train No. 159/160, which will operate between Kyiv and Truskavets. The schedule for the routes includes:
- Departure from Kyiv: 10:16; Arrival in Truskavets: 19:37.
- Departure from Truskavets: 09:03; Arrival in Kyiv: 19:11.
Tickets can be purchased through the Ukrzaliznytsia mobile app, on the carrier’s official website, or at train station ticket offices. The prices for tickets on the new train for the May 9 service are as follows:
- 1st class – 835.85 UAH;
- 2nd class – 418.93 UAH.
