According to him, in addition to the already constructed plant for building materials by the Finnish company Peikko, construction is also underway for a facility by one of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturers, Unilever, as well as the second phase of the plant for the manufacturer of construction hoisting equipment, Virastar.

New Investment Opportunities

Ropytskyi noted that this year three more companies have purchased land in the industrial park, and negotiations regarding commercial terms are currently ongoing. “Therefore, two enterprises are under construction, two have already been put into operation, and three more are on the way,” he said.

The park director did not disclose the names of potential investors, citing commercial confidentiality, but mentioned that attracting investors has become easier since the park already has something to showcase. The Bila Tserkva park, covering an area of 36 hectares, is almost fully occupied.

“Three more companies purchased land this year, we are discussing commercial terms with them,” – Andriy Ropytskyi.
