The state initiative “National Cashback” actively supports demand for Ukrainian-made goods, stimulating the economy and expanding the audience of participants. Since the program’s launch in September 2024, Ukrainians have purchased domestically produced goods worth over 67.38 billion UAH, demonstrating the scale of the initiative implemented.

January Payments: Who Will Receive Cashback in 2026
According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, payments for the January period began to be credited to the cards of Ukrainians on Friday, March 27, and will continue throughout the weekend. This time, cashback for purchases made in January 2026 will be received by over 4.1 million users.
“The main condition for crediting remains unchanged: the amount of accumulated cashback for the month must exceed 2 UAH, and the corresponding card for payments must be linked in the “Diia” app”.
Additionally, the government announced that cashback payments for February will start soon. It is important to note that the funds received under the program have a specific purpose: they can be used to pay for utility and postal services, purchase Ukrainian products, medications, books, or directed towards charity, including support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Updates to Rules and Expansion of Cashback Opportunities
January and February 2026 were the last months of the old program rules. Starting March 1, “National Cashback” operates under a differentiated model, allowing for targeted support of Ukrainian producers. Now, there are two main cashback rates:
- 15% – for product categories dominated by imports, including cosmetics, household chemicals, building materials, clothing, footwear, various types of cheese, and certain grains.
- 5% – for products where Ukrainian producers already have a significant market share: sweets, meat, main dairy products, vegetables, fruits, and pharmacy goods.
To find out the cashback percentage applicable to a specific product, you can use the barcode scanner in “Diia” or on the online portal “Made in Ukraine”.
Another important update concerns gas stations. Starting March 20, 2026, Ukrainian drivers can receive cashback for purchased fuel, and over 150 gas station networks have already joined the program – including large national operators and local stations. The following rates are provided: 15% cashback on diesel fuel, 10% on gasoline, 5% on autogas.
In January, new retail chains joined the program, including ATB, “Tavria V”, “DivoTsіn”, and “LotOK”, expanding the opportunities for cashback for even more citizens.
