Housing rental in Ukraine has seen significant growth since the beginning of 2025. The Zakarpattia and Lviv regions remain the highest in rental costs, according to data from the State Statistics Service.

In March 2025, the average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment was 7,413 hryvnias, which is 2.7% higher than at the beginning of the year.
Most Expensive Regions for Rent
According to statistics, the Zakarpattia region remains in first place for rental costs, with a price of 11,769 hryvnias.
The Lviv region ranks second with a cost of 10,749 hryvnias, which is 2.9% higher than before. The Rivne region takes third place, where rent has increased by 3.8% to 10,263 hryvnias.
Kyiv also noted a rental increase of 1.5%, with a new cost of 9,777 hryvnias, maintaining its fourth place in pricing.
Cheapest Rental Offers in Ukraine
At the same time, the lowest rental prices can be found in the Kherson (3,118 hryvnias), Zaporizhia (3,623 hryvnias), and Mykolaiv (3,908 hryvnias) regions, confirming the trend of significant price disparities in Ukraine.
