According to the specialized portal LUN, there has been an increase in prices in the secondary residential real estate market in Ukraine during the first quarter of 2025. In the segment of one-bedroom apartments, the capital has ceded its second place to Uzhhorod, where the average price of a one-bedroom apartment has risen by 16% over six months, reaching $64,000.

In Kyiv, prices for one-bedroom apartments have increased by 5%, standing at $63,000 at the beginning of April. Lviv, on the other hand, demonstrates stability: the average price of one-bedroom apartments has remained at $65,000 for six months.
Two-Bedroom Apartments: Leaders and Trends
In the segment of two-bedroom apartments, Kyiv holds the leading position. Here, the average price of housing has increased by 8%, reaching the psychological mark of $100,000. Lviv is in second place with an average price increase of 4%, standing at $92,500. Uzhhorod, growing by a record 14%, has approached an average price of $90,000.
Three-Bedroom Apartments: Results
Regarding three-bedroom apartments, Kyiv also leads by a large margin, where the price of such housing reaches $148,000, with a growth of 10% over six months. In second place is Lviv with an average price of $113,000, while Uzhhorod ranks third, with a price of $105,000.
