Unique Camera Specifications

The upcoming Honor Magic 9 lineup is expected to include the Magic 9, Magic 9 Pro, and Magic 9 RSR models. It is known that the base version, Magic 9, will feature a main camera with a 200-megapixel sensor of optical format 1/2.8 inches. Alongside it will work a 50-megapixel wide-angle module and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with a 1/2-inch matrix. While information about the front camera is currently unavailable, experts predict that Honor will retain the 50-megapixel sensor, as seen in the previous generation Magic 8.

Powerful Battery and New Processor

One of the main advantages of the Magic 9 will be its 8000 mAh battery, which significantly exceeds the specifications of most competitors. For comparison, the OnePlus 15T has a 7500 mAh battery. Wireless charging support has been confirmed, but details regarding fast charging have not yet been disclosed. In comparison, last year’s model featured a 7000 mAh battery with wired charging at 90W and wireless charging at 80W.

The new device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor, which is built on a 2-nanometer process. Qualcomm is scheduled to present this chip in September. The smartphone will be equipped with a flat 6.3-inch OLED LTPO display, which is smaller than the 6.58-inch panel of its predecessor. The device will also feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner integrated into the display. Other technical specifications remain unknown for now.

“The capacity of the built-in battery will be 8000 mAh. This figure surpasses many counterparts on the market (for example, the OnePlus 15T comes with a 7500 mAh battery). The power of fast charging is unknown, but wireless energy replenishment support has been confirmed. The previous generation model was equipped with a 7000 mAh battery with wired charging at 90W and wireless charging at 80W.”

It is worth noting that recent information has emerged about another smartphone, the Honor X80 GT, which may feature a record-breaking battery capacity of over 13,000 mAh.

It has also been revealed that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will come with a new display featuring Privacy Display functionality, which has reduced peak brightness and altered color reproduction compared to the previous version, the S25 Ultra. This implementation has already been confirmed by the South Korean company.
