Google Finance Update: New Analytics Opportunities

As part of the latest update, Google Finance users will be able to view the probability odds of events from Polymarket and Kalshi directly in the search results. To do this, it is enough to enter a query such as “What will GDP growth be in 2025?” or “What decision will the Fed make regarding interest rates in December?” The system will instantly provide information from the selected platforms, showing the likelihood of the specified scenario.

The details of the integration agreement between Google and these platforms remain undisclosed; however, the addition of such features is part of a global update of the service. In addition to predictions, users will gain access to enhanced search with responses from artificial intelligence and an updated interface for analyzing the financial reports of large companies.

“By entering such a question in the search bar, the user will receive information from the Polymarket and Kalshi platforms, indicating the probability of a given scenario during the information retrieval process.”

Launch of the Global Update and the Role of Partnership

Initially, the updated Google Finance will be available only to users in India and the USA. Features for other regions will become available somewhat later.

Polymarket plans to return to the US market by the end of November 2025. Meanwhile, Kalshi is already operating in the country as a licensed derivatives provider. Collaboration with Google opens up new opportunities for both platforms to expand their audience, while Google continues to integrate artificial intelligence into its products. Notably, the Maps service recently introduced support for the Gemini chatbot.
