Goals of the Crowd Ukraine Project

Crowd Ukraine focuses not only on organizing living spaces but also on coworking spaces for young professionals, particularly in the IT sector. The startup aims to provide young people with comfortable living conditions in the capital, offering “temporary, affordable, small, but very cool housing.”

Investments in the Restoration of Ukrainian Real Estate

Crowd Ukraine was founded a year ago as an investment platform to attract capital not only from Germans but also from all Europeans interested in the development of the Ukrainian real estate market. The estimated need for housing investments in Ukraine exceeds €80 billion. The implementation of such projects is expected to encourage the return of young Ukrainians home, which will be an important step towards the country’s recovery.

“Ukraine is not just a country at war. It is a country of opportunities. It is a country of the future. And it is a country that I truly believe in.”

The founder of Crowd Ukraine, Alex Tebbe, has visited Ukraine multiple times, including after the onset of the full-scale invasion by Russia, highlighting investors’ confidence in the potential of the Ukrainian housing market for youth.
