EU’s Response to US Threats
At the same time, the European Union is prepared to take countermeasures to protect its economic interests, the head of the European Commission added. European Commissioner for Trade Valdis Dombrovskis emphasized that while the EU is open to dialogue with the US, it does not intend to wait indefinitely. Brussels plans to implement retaliatory measures on April 15 and May 15.
