According to the company, no employees of the postal operator were harmed during the enemy attack. Nova Poshta has promptly started communication with customers whose shipments were in the destroyed branch to arrange compensation for the lost property.
Temporary Solution for City Residents
To ensure continuous service provision to the residents of Izmail, the company plans to set up a mobile branch in the near future. This will allow local residents to continue using Nova Poshta’s services, including sending and receiving packages, despite the damage to the stationary branch.
