According to analyst Oleksiy Kozyrev, there may be deviations from the forecasted exchange rates in different regions of Ukraine. On Saturday, May 3, 2025, the dollar exchange rate at most currency exchange offices of financial companies and banks operating on weekends will fluctuate within the following ranges: buying – from 41.10 to 41.45 UAH/USD, and selling – from 41.50 to 41.80 UAH/USD.

Euro Exchange Rate Forecast
Kozyrev also noted that the euro exchange rate, according to forecasts, will fluctuate within the following ranges: buying – from 47.00 to 47.30 UAH/EUR, selling – from 47.50 to 47.80 UAH/EUR.
“In different regions of Ukraine, based on the aforementioned buying/selling prices for the dollar and euro, there may also be deviations from the forecasted values within plus/minus 5-10 kopecks due to the individual tasks of each exchange point and the situation with cash currency and hryvnias among the owners of exchange networks in these regions,” the expert noted.
Impact of International Markets
The expert explained that the main tool for profit for speculators, both global and local, will remain the euro currency. “The factor of rapid changes in the situation will force the owners of Ukrainian exchange offices to frequently adjust their euro currency rates over both weekends, depending on the trend of the euro/dollar pair on international platforms, which, given the specifics of this market, practically operate in a 24/7 format without significant adjustments for weekends or holidays,” Kozyrev added.
