Continuation of Infrastructure Construction

The industrial park
“Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub”
, located in the village of Ostriv near Ternopil, has already put into operation two new buildings with an area of 3,000 and 688 square meters. Currently, negotiations are underway regarding the opening of new factories in these premises.
Additionally, the company
“Parkit Dobrosyn”
has announced the sale of the industrial park
“Dobrosyn Invest Park”
in Lviv region, covering an area of 14.6 hectares, for $750,000. This park was registered in the summer of 2024.
