As of Saturday, June 21, the exchange rates of major currencies in Ukrainian exchange offices and banks show significant volatility. According to analyst Oleksiy Kozyrev, in most exchange points, the US dollar is bought at a price ranging from 41.45 to 41.75 hryvnias, while it is sold within a range of 41.85 to 42.20 hryvnias.

Euro Exchange Rate Dynamics and Influencing Factors
The euro today also remains within clearly defined limits. Currency is accepted at a rate from 48.00 to 48.30 hryvnias, while sales occur within a range of 48.35 to 48.90 hryvnias. The expert emphasizes that the value of the dollar and euro can significantly differ depending on the network of exchange points and the level of competition in the local market.
“There will be a large spread in quotes for both the dollar and euro across different networks of exchange offices. Therefore, both currencies will be primary objects of speculation for those looking to profit from fluctuations in exchange rates,” noted the analyst.
Impact of Regional Competition on Exchange Rates
Oleksiy Kozyrev also points out that in regions with low competition among exchange offices, owners may further adjust the buying and selling rates of currencies by an additional 5-10 kopecks. This creates additional opportunities for differences in quotes depending on the locality or the network of banks operating in that region.
