PrivatBank has updated its currency exchange rates for October 22, 2025. The US dollar has decreased by 3 kopecks in the bank’s cash market and now stands at 41.90 hryvnias per dollar. The euro has also dropped in price by 17 kopecks and is available for 48.85 hryvnias per euro.

Currency Buying and Selling at PrivatBank
The bank offers to buy US currency at a rate of 41.90 hryvnias, while selling it for 41.30 hryvnias per dollar. The same applies to the euro: it can be purchased for 48.85 hryvnias and sold for 47.85 hryvnias per unit of foreign currency.
Card Payments: Exchange Rate Stability
For clients making payments with bank cards, the dollar exchange rate remains unchanged at 42.02 hryvnias. The euro exchange rate for cashless transactions has also not changed — 49.02 hryvnias.
The dollar exchange rate for card payments at the bank is 42.02 UAH, and the euro is 49.02 UAH.
