Planning and Concept of the New Retail Park
The Silver Park retail park will be implemented in a classic format and will accommodate up to 10 stores of various sizes and retail directions. The formation of a list of future tenants has already begun. Special emphasis is placed on attracting several anchor operators, for whom spaces ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square meters will be allocated. In addition, the complex will feature retail spaces of smaller formats – from 100 to 400 square meters.
It is expected that Silver Park will host retailers of home goods, household appliances, electronics, as well as fashion operators. Thus, the retail park will become a new point of attraction for residents and visitors of the city, offering a wide selection of products from various retail segments.
Development of Mukachevo’s Retail Infrastructure
It is worth noting that this is already the second retail park to emerge in Mukachevo recently. The Retail Park Mukachevo opened in the city not long ago, with an area exceeding 8,600 square meters. The complex began operations in mid-November and is already welcoming its first visitors.
“Stores such as Sinsay, Waikiki, Comfy, and Megasport are already operating in the retail park, and soon points of sale from other well-known chains will open: Jysk, Holz, Andi, and ‘Nova Poshta.’”
This dynamic development of retail infrastructure indicates the growing popularity of retail parks in the region and new opportunities for local residents and entrepreneurs.
