Construction of a modern retail park has started in Uzhhorod, with a total area of 3,500 square meters. The facility is planned to be operational by the summer of 2026.

Phase One: New Building and Sports Area
As part of the first phase of the project, the main building of the retail park will be constructed, along with a sports area. The second phase will involve the construction of auxiliary facilities, which will expand functionality and attract new tenants.
“By May of next year, the rental spaces will be handed over to retail operators for adaptation. The official opening of the park is scheduled for August 2026,” said Andriy Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.
Convenient Location and Modern Infrastructure
The new retail park will be located near the Kyiv-Chop international highway, ensuring easy access and a high flow of visitors — about 45,000 vehicles daily. The complex will feature a spacious parking lot for 120 cars, guaranteeing a comfortable stay for guests of the shopping center.
Among the potential tenants of the retail park are expected to be stores for home goods, sportswear and footwear, as well as leading fashion operators.
