Communities and Investors Establish Cooperation for the Development of Industrial Parks

In Ukraine, cooperation between communities and investors is strengthening for the creation of new industrial parks. There is currently a trend where local authorities begin consultations with potential investors even before submitting documents for the registration of parks in the state register.

Key Projects in Various Regions

The Nosivka City Council in Chernihiv Oblast has signed an agreement with the company “Teplichne” regarding the establishment of the industrial park “Nosivski Hospodarstva”. On a site covering 14 hectares, it is planned to organize the production of jams and compotes.

In the city of Uman in Cherkasy Oblast, the company DK-Industrial presented the project “Agro-Innovation Hub,” which will be located on an area of about 23 hectares. This site is set to become a powerful center for the development of agricultural innovations.

The Horodenka City Council in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast has granted permission to the company “HЦЗ 22” to create the industrial site “Pokuttya.” This will utilize the territory of a former sugar factory, allowing for new investments to be attracted to the region.

Development of Logistics and Infrastructure

In Podilsk in Odesa Oblast, the city council has leased a land plot of 37.39 hectares to the company “Eko Rishennya” for 30 years for the development of the industrial park “Pivdenny.” This opens up prospects for the creation of new production capacities.

On the territory of the industrial site “VinIndustry” in Vinnytsia Oblast, a modern class “A” logistics center, FROST HUB Vinnytsia, covering 17,000 square meters, will soon be established. The new hub will enhance the efficiency of logistics in the region.
