The Goal of the Initiative — Attracting a New Audience
According to the organizers, the main goal of this move is to make the event as accessible as possible and attract new participants from various fields. Special emphasis is placed on students, educators, developers, creators, politicians, and those who are just starting to explore the world of Web3. It is expected that this decision will help expand the conference’s audience, with the number of attendees potentially increasing by tens of thousands.

Upgrading Categories for Early Participants and Ticket Types
The organizers have also decided to reward those who have already purchased general tickets earlier by automatically upgrading them to the Pro Pass category at no additional cost. Pro Pass holders will receive a range of benefits: access to an exclusive lounge area, free coffee and snacks, priority registration without queues, and enhanced features in the conference app.
Currently, participants are offered three main types of tickets:
- General Access Pass — free access to the conference;
- Pro Pass — costs $199 and includes additional benefits;
- Whale Pass — costs $2199 and provides access to exclusive events, special services, and additional opportunities.
Bitcoin Asia 2025 is organized by Bitcoin Inc., which conducts Bitcoin events worldwide. Participants can expect a rich program: educational seminars, workshops, discussions on institutional adoption, regulatory policy, and other relevant topics.
The organizers emphasized that their decision was prompted by the success of a similar initiative for Bitcoin 2026, when in less than 48 hours, over 20,000 people took advantage of the opportunity to obtain a free ticket.
